The Academy of Futsal Club "Semey" is the foundation for the team’s future and one of our most important areas of focus.
We believe that a proper approach to developing young players is where the path to great victories begins.
Academy Goal
To develop strong, disciplined, and technically skilled players who can proudly represent both the club and the country on the international stage.
At the core of our methodology is an individual approach, modern training technologies, and an experienced coaching staff that focuses not only on physical fitness but also on mental and tactical development.
The academy trains children and teenagers of various age groups. From an early age, we instill respect for team play, develop leadership qualities, and teach decision-making on the court. Many of our academy graduates are already playing for youth and senior teams.
We aim to develop not just players, but intelligent and mature athletes who are ready for the professional level and know how to work within a team.
For us, it is equally important who the player becomes on the court — and who they are as a person off it.
