History of Futsal Club "Semey"
Futsal Club "Semey" was founded on June 9, 2023, with a clear mission — to develop futsal in our region and elevate Kazakhstani futsal to a new level.
From the very beginning, the team was built on the principles of professionalism, discipline, and team spirit.
In a very short time, the club achieved impressive results. Already in the 2023–24 season, Semey became the Champion of Kazakhstan, demonstrating high class and consistency throughout the league.
In the same season, the team also won the silver medal in the Kazakhstan Cup, confirming its status as one of the strongest sides in the country.
These successes enabled Semey to make its international debut — the club participated in the elite round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League in the 2024–25 season, competing against Europe’s top teams.
In the same season, the team won the Kazakhstan Cup, further strengthening its dominance on the domestic stage.
In addition, the team took part in the Riga Cup held in the capital of Latvia, gaining valuable experience in international competition.
Semey actively develops its young players and continuously improves the training process by implementing advanced methods and technologies.
Futsal Club Semey is a team with big dreams and strong character — a team that has already proven its competitiveness and is ready to move forward, conquering new heights on the international stage.
