In a tense and dramatic home match, Semey secured a 4:2 victory over Aktobe in the first leg of the playoff semifinals.

The first half ended goalless, but the visitors struck first after the break — Biel (33’) and Karagulov (34’) put Aktobe ahead. However, our team turned the game around: Gereikhanov equalized (39’), and then Higuita (48’) and Yesenamanov (49’) sealed the win. The series score became 1:0.

2nd Semifinal – June 8, 2025 – Semey 8:1 Aktobe
The very next day, Semey repeated their success with an emphatic 8:1 win.

– Kamil Gereikhanov scored four goals (10', 17', 30', 31')
– An own goal by an Aktobe player followed a shot from Rodrigo Barbosa (20')
– Nikita Emelyanov netted a brace (25', 40')
– Abdirasul Abdumanapuly added one more (35')
Aktobe’s only goal came from a penalty scored by Gabriel Cardoso (18’). The series now stands at 2:0 in Semey’s favor.
