Abdumanapuly began his professional career with the club Kairat, where he played 2 matches in the Kazakhstan Championship and 2 matches in the Kazakhstan Cup during the 2018/19 season.

MFC Ayat (2019–2023): In 2019, he joined the club Ayat from Rudny, where he spent several seasons. In the 2021/22 season, he was recognized as the Best Young Player of the Kazakhstan Futsal Championship, receiving the “Golden Boy 2022” award.

FC Semey (since 2023): In 2023, Abdumanapuly joined FC Semey. In the 2024/25 season, he continues to play for the team.

Debut: Abdirasul Abdumanapuly made his debut for the Kazakhstan national futsal team in 2019.
