Akzhol Daribay began his futsal career with the Karaganda-based club Tulpar. In the 2015 and 2017 seasons, he took part in the Kazakhstan Futsal Cup, playing 5 and 7 matches respectively.

2017–2021: Zhetysu Club (Taldykorgan)

Daribay continued his career with Zhetysu, where he gained valuable experience and improved his skills.

2021–2023: Astana Club (Astana)

In 2021, Akzhol joined the capital club Astana, where he continued developing his career.

2023–present: FC Semey (Semey)

Since 2023, Daribay has been playing for FC Semey as a versatile player.

National Team Debut:

Akzhol Daribay made his debut for the Kazakhstan national futsal team in 2022 in a match against Slovenia. He went on to become an important player for the team, participating in various international tournaments. In 2024, Daribay was part of the squad at the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan, where he played 5 matches, starting in 2 of them, and scored 1 goal.
