FC Tyumen (2019–2024): Gereikhanov began his professional career at the club Tyumen, where he became the Russian champion in the 2018/19 season and took part in the 2019 UEFA Futsal Champions League Final Four. However, he left the club during the 2024/25 season.

In December 2024, Gereikhanov signed with the Kazakhstani club Semey. Since joining, he has become one of the team’s leaders. Kamil scored 33 goals in 39 matches, becoming the club’s second top scorer.

UEFA Futsal Champions League: He played for Tyumen in the 2019/20 and 2021/22 seasons, appearing in 2 matches each season.

Russian National Team: Gereikhanov represented Russia at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, where the team won silver medals.
